KYABRAM P-12 COLLEGE ADMINISTRATION TEAM ON THE MOVE
The Kyabram P-12 College Administration Team have set up a new ‘home’ whilst the Capital Works Project at the College is underway.
The team have relocated to what was the primary campus office and are excited to be working together in the one area.
To provide support to students, families and the wider community it has always been the College Council vision that the team would be placed in one location.
The previous college office will be demolished early in term four which will make way for a central Wellbeing Hub which means this space will see students able to access Wellbeing Staff, Chaplains, Mental Health Practitioners, Koorie Education Support Officers, and will be accessible to all students. This area will also provide space for visiting Occupational Therapists and other services. The Wellbeing Hub includes a central break out area, rooms for one on one meetings, with privacy and access to the outdoor courtyard and gardens.
Within this space will be a new administration area which will provide a centralised office for students, parents and staff across P-12. This area will see our Administration Staff and Principals working together to achieve the vision of the new college since the inception of the merger.
The Administrative Team undertake wide and varied roles across the P-12 College, including: enrolments; attendance; finance; daily organisation of staff; communications; parent payment support; OH&S; and much more.
