Yr 11 & 12 Parent/Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents & Carers of Year 11 & 12 students, 

We are pleased to be able to invite you to face to face parent/student/teacher conferences on Wednesday 12th July 2023. 

These conferences are a great opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher and to formally discuss your child’s progress at school, and to also make us aware of any issues that are of interest or concern.  In addition to being an invaluable source of information for both parents and teachers, our conferences also reinforce to our students the importance and value of the home-school partnership in creating and ensuring a successful school experience.  

Conference meetings will be available on this day between 2:00pm and 7:00pm and will be conducted in the N Building and P Block Portables at the front of the school. Please ensure you allow time for arrival and parking especially during school finish time at 3pm, and enter the school via the front gates (McDonald's Road). Please note also there will be a 20 minute break for teachers between 4:10pm and 4:30pm, so to avoid a wait between interviews at this time, we recommend to avoid booking sessions that cross these times.

We strongly recommend that students are part of this conversation and as such no classes will run after lunch on this day for Year 11 & 12 students, to allow students to join their parents and teachers for the individual conference discussions.  Year 11 & 12 students will be dismissed at 1:15pm on this day.

I encourage you to access XUNO over the coming days to secure your appointment times for Wednesday 12th July.  Bookings will close at 12pm on Monday 10th July.
