Legacy Public Speaking

On Wednesday July 17, four students and seven eager spectators attended the Legacy Public Speaking Regional Final held at Kilvington Grammar School, Ormond.

Students competing in this competition were Hunter Trumble (Year 9), Austin Warfe (Year 8), Dylan Collins (Year 8) and Elliot Ferriggi (Year 8).

The students spoke on a topic of the competitor’s choosing on a subject relating to the Legacy ideals of voluntary service, social justice, caring, personal effort, personal sacrifice and/or mateship.

Congratulations to AUSTIN WARFE who placed equal first out of the 13 competitors and who will progress to the Preliminary Finals in early September.
