STEAM Week

STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art & Mathematics)

STEAM Week Virtual Reality

For the duration of STEAM week, Banyule-Nillumbik Technical School loaned the College two Virtual Reality sets. Classes were booked into the Library to use the VR sets, which contained various educational programs on architecture, astronomy, biology, construction, geography, hospitality, and sketching, as well as games such as basketball, dance, and pool. While the photos and onlookers show what the user can see, you truly cannot experience this amazing technology until you have a Virtual Reality headset on yourself!

A big thank-you to the IT support staff for assisting all the students and teachers to take part in this exciting emerging technology experience.
