VSBA Manager and Architects Visit

Next Thursday sees our Southwest Manager for Building and Infrastructure visiting Edenhope College. With the manager there will be two architects visiting the school to do a design brief on our 13.1 million dollar upgrade. This is such a exciting opportunity for our school and our community to reflect where we would like our education infrastructure to be placed for our future generations of learners!!!!!

Love Living in a Rural Community

Groups like Edenhope Community Bank, Edenhope Lions Club, West Wimmera Shire and individual sponsors have always been very generous to Edenhope College, donating money to our end of year awards evening. We’re proud of the job that we do for our students at Edenhope College, but we couldn’t do that without the support of our local community. Thank you!

Continuing the community focus of this article, I’d like to thank you Edenhope Community Bank (Bendigo Bank), and acknowledge their recent donation of two and a half thousand dollars that’s contributing to our Energy Breakthrough Team being able to enter the challenge. A big thank you also goes to Keiren for giving the students the opportunity and organising our team.

Below is the picture of our Energy Breakthrough Team and a trike, that local teacher Keiren Brennan has helped organise. This event involves students rotating through a human pedal powered vehicle on a track in Maryborough, against other schools, for 24 hours.  It takes place from the 24th to the 26th of November.

Once again I’d just like to reiterate, thank you to all those in the community for supporting your local schools, we appreciate it!
