Finance Information

Thank you to all families who have finalised payments of the Subject Requisites.

If your family chose the ‘pay by BPay instalments’ option on the student invoice, we ask that you check that the 3 instalments have been transferred to school.

Families who applied for the CSEF in term 1  have had $225 credited to their accounts for each of their students  – these funds may be used for any Camps, sport activities or excursions.  Please indicate on the individual Consent Form that you wish to use the CSEF for that particular activity.

Although most eligible families have already taken advantage of this fund, the Department has extended the final day for applications until 23rd June.  CSEF forms are available from the School’s website or from the School Office.

Financial Statements will be sent out at the beginning of June (via email) for your information.

Student Absences

9758 5022

Parents are requested to phone the school before 9.00am  if your child will be absent or late due to illness or for any other reason & leave a message after the prompt. Please leave a message outlining the reason for the absence and if known the length of time your child will be away from school. The absence line is operational 24hrs a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Parents are encouraged to mark absences on Compass.

If a student arrives at school late they should report to their classroom teacher.

If a student is required to leave school early for any reason they should bring a note from their parent/guardian and record this on Compass.

Important - Asthma

If your student has a medical alert for ASTHMA  the school MUST be supplied with an updated Management Plan every 12 months.

Many of our students, recorded as having asthma,  DO NOT have current plans.

Please download the form from :

www.asthma.org.au and have it completed and signed by a practising Medical Practitioner & return it to school.

Host Families

We are seeking a host family for our Japanese Language Assistant Mio Shimogaichi, due to her current host family travelling overseas. We need this host family from Saturday June 24.

Many of the students interact with Mio in class, and would know she is a lovely caring person. We would appreciate if a family could help Mio and the school out by hosting her.  Mio likes playing tennis, and watching movies.

There is a payment to assist in costs, so please contact Jessica Winstone, Languages Coordinator if you, or someone you know, could help out.
