Holiday Reading

Did you know that you can access thousands of e-books over the holidays by going to the website armidale.lib.overdrive.com and following the instructions I have attached to this newsletter? If your

child is unsure of their username, ask your child’s teacher as they should have a copy of it or will be able to get it for you.

Stage 2 Book Club

At the end of last term we began a Book Club for Stage 2 students. We have a very enthusiastic small group of students who meet with me every three weeks. So far we have read and discussed books written by Enid Blyton and Roald Dahl, with Andy Griffiths being our latest author. It has given students who enjoy reading a chance to discuss books with like-minded people. Next year I’m hoping to run a Book Club for Stage 3 and Years 7-10.
