CITY OF GLEN EIRA – YOUTH SERVICES
- The 2018 Sounds of Glen Eira FREE live music event is held on Friday 10 August, 6:30pm – 10:00pm, Bentleigh McKinnon Youth Centre, Higgins Road, Bentleigh (fully supervised drug, alcohol and smoke free event);
- Young Citizen of the Year nominations – Nominations for 2019 Young Citizen of the Year open 6 August;
- Youth Homelessness – Launch Housing provides housing advice and assistance. If you are experiencing a housing crisis you can call 1800 825 955 to reach support.
- Child and Youth directory – you can find information on local services covering a wide range of needs from education, financial, housing support, mental health, alcohol and other drugs and many more.

"NTH ROAD" PLAYING ON FRIDAY NIGHT
McKinnon Secondary College’s own Nth Rd, (comprising Year 12 Students: Lucas Banim, Billy Balassis and Jordan Kellaway) are taking on the best the city of Glen Eira can throw at them at the Sounds of Glen Eira, battle of the bands on Friday 10 August.
The showdown, with some big prizes up for grabs is a Free event from 6:30pm – 10:00pm at Bentleigh McKinnon Youth Centre — Higgins Road, Bentleigh. Come along and Cheer the boys to another McKinnon Victory.
