LITERACY - READERS THEATRE

In literacy the children have been working very hard in their groups to create a Reader’s Theatre piece of writing. Over the past few weeks the children have been involved in reading and performing reader’s theatre plays. Their challenge was then to create their own Reader’s Theatre piece of writing and performing it to the rest of the school. This week was the time to perform. Every group did a fantastic job of firstly writing the piece, including parts for their whole group and then reading/performing to the whole school. Well done to everyone on a how you worked and performed. A special mention to Mrs Gathercole who had to be a last minute replacement for one of the groups.
