Library Day

Year 1 have their Library Day on Thursdays every week. Please ensure that your child has their Library Bag with them on Thursday if they have not already brought it in.

Our New Learning Spaces

For those of you who have already visited our learning space, you may have noticed a bit of a change from last year. During the holidays part of the dividing wall between the classrooms was moved. This has allowed us to have a much more collaborative space. We think it looks great.

We have 3 main working spaces;

The Campfire which is in the corridor space, the Watering Holes within the different classrooms and the Caves. Each of these spaces allows for learning to take place in a variety of forms.

We have also been meditating each afternoon with our Peaceful Kids Meditations.

Reminder

We ask that everyone enters Year 1 from the doors in the breezeway NOT through the Kindergarten learning space. In the mornings' children only need to enter the breezeway and put their bags on the rack and go to play. We bring our Crunch and Sip into the learning space after the bell goes.
