Hello RHPS Artists,

Welcome back to the art room!!!

It is so exciting to have the junior school back in the art room for term 1.

We have begun our term by drawing Botjoys. These special robots are inspired by artist Gary Hirsch and they encourage us to be brave, happy, inspired, joyful and a whole range of positive emotions to help us get through the day.

The Grade 1/2 students drew their Botjoys this week. One for our school display and one to take home. They are AMAZING!!

Botjoy is a global art movement designed to spread joy, courage, love, and gratitude throughout the world, one Bot at a time.

MAKE A ROBOT. FEEL MORE HUMAN.

We will be getting very messy this term, so please send a named art smock or old shirt, which will live in the classroom smock tub. If you have any trouble getting a smock, please let me know, as I have many clean donated smocks and tops you can have to keep!
