Art Students Inspired by the Sea & Ancient Artefacts

Year 9 Visual Art students recently completed their semester course in which they each designed and made a ceramic pot. They were inspired by Ancient Greek pottery, contemporary ceramicists such as Merron Essen and our own Great Barrier Reef. Initial designs were refined and their resolved outcomes took a variety of forms personal to the student. It's always an enjoyable project for the boys, with much creativity on show, as you can see below.
