Dear Parents, Guardians and Families of Our Lady Help of Christians,

Dates 2022

In response to our recent Review we are undertaking some new initiatives in 2022.  These will be explained in greater detail early next year.  To facilitate the opportunity to implement this so all staff having a common understanding of the framework, we will be holding a school closure day for professional learning for staff on Monday January 31.

The two following days, Tuesday February 1 and Wednesday February 2 will be our two testing days.  Separate correspondence has been sent to families of our Foundation students to communicate the specific arrangements for our Preps.

Pupil Free Day, Teachers return 

Monday, January 31st:

School Closure Day – Staff PD day

Tuesday February 1st:

Prep children start school at 8.50am until 11.50am

Year 1 - 6 Testing Session 1 (AM) 8.50  - 11.50pm

Year 1 - 6 Testing Session 2 (PM) 12.30  - 3.30pm

Wednesday, February 2nd:

Prep children will have allocated testing times – to be sent

Year 1 - 6 Testing Session 3 (AM) 8.50  - 11.50pm

Year 1 - 6 Testing Session 4 (PM) 12.30  - 3.30pm

Thursday 3rd & Friday 4th:

ALL students are at school from 8.50am until 3.15pm.

School fee commitment forms can be returned over the holidays.  

(New commitment forms are required to be filled out each year).

Rebates for families leaving school will be processed over next week.

Uniform shop will be open on testing days, 

(Tues Feb 1st and Wed Feb 2nd) 8.50am, - 11:50am and 12.30pm - 3.30pm

(List for testing days will be available on office door over the holiday period).

The bottle caps and bread ties promotion has finished, thank you for your support, but please do not not send anymore in 2022.  

Thank you from St Vincent de Paul Society for the extremly generous donations of groceries for the Christmas appeal. 

Your kindness will help struggling families in our area.
