The Introduction to Hospitality VET class visited GYC Hobart on Monday for a Masterclass with Ms Tess Henry. They made Mille-feuille; puff pastry layered with cream custard, icing sugar, ganache and a strawberry garnish. 

 

 

It was a great opportunity for students to familiarise themselves with a commercial kitchen prior to going on work placement next term and to get a taster of GYC and Certificate II in Kitchen Operations.
