Year 9 Religious Education 

This term Year 9 Students at St Virgil’s College have learnt about some of the Major Religions in our world with a focus on Rites of Passage. We were lucky enough to have Mrs Leanne Pritchard, Catholic Identity and Evangelisation Officer from the TCEO join our Year 9 classes to present on Judaism and the sacred Rite of Passage, Bar Mitzvah. The students were interested in her first-hand experience of this in Jerusalem, asking lots of thoughtful questions.

 We thank Leanne for her time at SVC and working with our students to provide an authentic and engaging learning experience.
