In Learning Centres students have used technology to design and create a digital text about themselves. In the Mathematicians Centre students were engaged in mapping out their day, drawing a map of their room and mapping out their route to school.

1 Elizabeth Honey enjoyed participating in Yoganauts weekly, which taught them strategies to relax focus and reset their minds.

1 Elizabeth Honey have also been learning to retell Dreamtime stories.  They worked together to retell the beginning, middle and end of the story, through sequencing pictures, identifying different parts of the story, role plays and writing a retell in their own words.

In collaboration with Mrs Echkintana and Ms Ryan students in 1E have jointly constructed individual learning goals in reading and writing and have been working towards achieving them throughout the term.
