Cross Country
National Simultaneous storytime Is an annual event where Libraries share the same book at 11am on Wednesday 19 May. We love this event at our Library!
This year please check out our Library Captains Blog to enjoy ‘Give me some space!” by Philip Bunting.
Maya and Kemin (Library Captains) will host a reading of the book for students on Wednesday and we will take part in a Citizen Science project too! (More on that later!).
Some of the reasons we love NSS!
- Promotes the value of reading and literacy,
- promotes the value and fun of books,
- promotes an Australian writer and publisher,
- promotes storytime activities in libraries and communities around the country,

Our library is still operating! Please drop Sophie a note on strang.sophie@education.vic.gov.au if you have any requests for your children. New books are being distributed around the school this week in all classes.
