From the Chaplaincy Team: caring for each other

This week a Huntingtower Prayer Watch group committed to pray for those in India and in other pandemic hot spots around the world.  Their families here in Australia need our support and comfort too.  

We encourage anyone to donate to the UNICEF Appeal that provides equipment and aid.

Our prayers are acknowledging and confirming that all is Love, all is good, all is peace;  that in reality, truth will destroy error and disease. God’s Kingdom (health and harmony) reigns and is here now.

These citations certainly apply:

From Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy:

“The still small voice of scientific thought reaches over continent and ocean to the globe’s remotest bound. It is heard in the desert and in the dark places of fear.” 

 “The depth, breath, might, majesty, and glory of infinite Love fill all space. That is enough” 

From Psalms:

Those who live in the shelter of the Most High, will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. He alone is my refuge and my place of safety; He is my God, and I trust Him. ​

He will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. ​

He will cover you with His feathers.​

He will shelter you with His wings. His faithful promises are your armour and protection. ​

Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, not the arrow that flies in the day.​

Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness.​

For He will order His angels to protect you wherever you go. ​

The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in My name. When they call on me, I will answer.”​

God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.​

Be still, and know that I am God.​
