Year 4/5FA -Literacy

At the beginning of Term 2,   Year 4/5 FA will be learning how to write a persuasive text in Writing. We will be using the PEEL strategy to help us write a well structured paragraph in a persuasive text. The P stands for writing your point of view. The first E stands for giving some evidence to support your point of view, the second E stands for explaining your point of view further and the L stands for  writing a sentence that Links, back to your point of view. 

In 4/5  FA we value the skill of writing especially in being able to express our point of view. Below are some comments from 4/5 FA students about how they feel about learning how to write an excellent persuasive text.
