NAPLAN 2017

Schedule for tests

A reminder that NAPLAN testing for Years 7 and 9 is this week. The schedule for the tests is as follows:

On Tuesday the tests will take place during periods 1 and 3.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the tests will be for all of period 1 and approximately 15 minutes of period 2 after which students will continue with normal classes.

Student require a calculator for the Numeracy test on Thursday. 

Tuesday May 9: Language Conventions

Period 1 

9.00am to 9.57am

Tuesday May 9: Writing

Period 3

11.34am to 12.31 pm

Wednesday May 10: Reading

Period 1 and approx.. 15 minutes of period 2

9.00am to 10.15am

Thursday May 11: Numeracy

Period 1 and approx.. 15 minutes of period 2

9.00am to 10.15am

Calculator 50 mins

Non Calculator 10 min

Mobile phones are not to be brought into the test locations – students should leave them in lockers.

Students are permitted to bring in:

2B or Hb pencils

Pencil sharpener

Eraser

Calculator (for part of the numeracy tests)
