Hi everyone. 

 

Today’s episode is all about laughter!

Our weeks can get pretty serious, especially if we’re adults. Or little people living in an adult world.

I would love to hear what you and your families do for a laugh…. It’s known to be excellent for our mental health and also a pretty fabulous way to bond with our family members. We learn better when we are having a good time too. 

 

At my house, for a laugh, we:

  • Listen to The Listies (a hilarious Melbourne comedy duo who are in love with poo jokes)
  • Read books out loud in silly voices, such as Andy Griffiths’ The Very Bad Book
  • Dance to 80s rock music (I am the best dancer at home, of course)
  • Dress up the dog
  • Draw faces on just about anything
  • Have fairy bread for dinner (on wholemeal bread so that there is some nutrition.
