Student Wellbeing

Dear School community,

The School year has certainly turned the corner and heading for the excitement and celebration of a new season and all the activities that come this time of year!

When I reflect on this passing year I can’t help to think of the community and atmosphere in the Breakfast Club space! Since moving breakfast club to the learning centre in Term 2, I have seen the wonderful presence where student and staff community start the day!

The Breakfast club is sponsored by www.foodbank.org.au Victoria and www.eatup.org.au Australia. Each week there is warm Cheese Toasties, Toast & Spread, fresh Fruit, Cereal, Fruit cups, Juice and Milk served.  Because of these donations and community support the breakfast club will now be operating two mornings a week on Tuesday and Thursday, 8:15am - 8:45am

All Students are encouraged to attend

Along with breakfast club support, Foodbank provide Family food boxes consisting of breakfast and lunch food items. In addition, fresh Bread and extra food items such as long-life Milk, Cereals and fresh Fruit. Please contact the School wellbeing team or front office for your food support.

Enjoy this the last term of 2022…. before you know it…it will have disappeared!

I have attached an online short book for everyone in the house to read. It will put a smile on your heart and a grin on your face. It is the story of four unlikely friends who discover their story and their most important life lesson. At first, you might think it is a children’s book but will soon realise it is a book for everyone to read.
