Morning Drop Off
It has been brought to our attention that a number of students are arriving at school prior to the 8:30am bell when Yard Duty begins. For the safety of all students, we ask that parents make arrangements so that students are not left unsupervised in the school yard.
The school provides a before school care service to ensure that all students are supervised appropriately before 8:30am. Please contact the OSHC on 84435308 to arrange enrolment.
If there is an occasion when students arrive close to 8:30am, we ask that they wait on the steps outside the Front Office.
School photos
Tuesday 5th March
School Photo Envelopes are coming home today. Please read the information and visit MSP photographers online for details and purchase options. Family Photo Envelopes can be collected from the front office. Family photos will be taken from 8.30-8.50 AM in the Gym so please head straight over in the morning during this time with your envelope payments. If you arrive late, any remaining family photos will be taken in the afternoon.
To avoid disappointment, it is preferable that any appointments for your children not be made on this day, if possible, as the class group shot is only taken on Tuesday 5th March. The mop up session on the 14th March will only be for individual photos of students who are away.
Please note, ALL payments are to be made to the photographer on the day. Please try to have
the correct money in your envelopes as the front office will not have change.
Early Bird Raffle M & S Fees 2019
Thank you to all families for their payment of school fees. You still have time to get into the draw to win back your fees for one child. Entry closes at 4.00pm Wednesday, 27th February and the winner will be drawn on Monday, 5th March. Parents will be contacted directly and it will be announced in the newsletter.
All fees are due by 31 March 2019. Payment by instalments are welcome, please collect a Direct Debit Form from the front office. Please ensure payment of fees is completed by end of Term 3. (27 September). You can also set up payment by instalment for the camps. If you have any queries, please contact Micki Cooke, our Business Manager.
