Pastoral Care Structure 2023

This year the College has undertaken extensive research and reflection on our current structures and practices in discerning how we progress forward. Please note that our ultimate aim is to provide a supportive environment in which all of our students can flourish academically, socially and emotionally. As part of this research process the following has been undertaken;
- Parental survey/feedback into the strengths, challenges and areas of growth of our current Pastoral Care model.
- Staff workshops, examining different structures and processes within our own context.
- Review of how Pastoral Care is delivered across our EREA partner schools.
- Student Voice, gathering feedback from our student body to unpack their perspectives.
As a result the College will be adopting a Senior School and Middle School Model for Pastoral Care in 2023 and beyond.
Senior School PC Model | ||
Years 10 and 11 Students 2023
Year 10,11 and 12 students 2024 | Each House;
Will consist of X3 PC groups | Average Class Size:
14-20 students per PC group |
