SSV State Softball Tournament

A DAY AT STATE!

Ten year 7 and 8 girls represented Epping Secondary College with pride in the SSV State Softball tournament on Thursday, 10th November, 2022. After straight wins at the Norther-Metro round a few months ago, the team had an incredible day at state against some tough competition with one amazing win and two close losses for the day. 

A big thank you to Brighton, Glen Waverley and St Albans Secondary Colleges for such a positive day filled with the highest level of sportsmanship.

Best on Ground Award - Ian Samson, who demonstrated great athleticism and resilience as catcher.

Sportsmanship Award - Hine Ata, who lead by example throughout the day and consistently demonstrated our school value of respect to all teammates, referees, opponents and officials.
