Hi everyone, 

Have you noticed the change in season? The wattle has arrived and there are orchids in bud. We are taught that we have four seasons, but Australia’s First Nations people, across the regions, have distinct season names and periods. This is a Kulin nation seasonal calendar. Whatever the season, it’s an easy way to practice mindfulness in our busy days: How does the air feel? What do the trees look like? What can we smell? Can you hear the buzz of lawnmowers?
