Parent Helpers

At this stage,  according to DET Guidelines, volunteers that attend an education facility and that work in close proximity to children, students, or staff (including parent helpers) are required to be double vaccinated, or show an exemption.

Please note that this procedure was recently changed by the Department of Education as of Friday 24th June, 2022.

Please see the school process below;

1/ Volunteers to sign in at the office at the beginning of their time at school.

2/ Show proof of the vaccination doses when they come in (please ensure app is up to date beforehand) - this requirement will change after Friday 24th June

3/ If you haven’t helped at the school yet this year, we will also need to see your current Working With Children Check and have you sign the current Department of Education and Kalinda Child Safety Code of Conduct. 

Please bring  WWCC every single time for Passtab log-in

4/ Sign out so that we know you have left.
