Year 11 Food Studies 

Ms Marshall’s Year 11 Food Studies class made a yummy crusted mixed seed loaf in their first practical class for the year.

It was so good to see all the students back in the kitchen having fun!

Year 10 BioTech Solutions

Year 10 students, who are studying BioTech Solutions, have been studying all about Biomimicry.   One of the activities, in which the zombie apocalypse has happened, saw students working in teams to engineer a prosthetic limb from everyday materials in order to help one of their teammates survive. 

Their research and engineering culminated in a competition to see which team could have their amputee member walk over a 10m distance.  It was a close competition, with one final team being victorious!
