                          Grade 5/6 News

Gr 5/ 6 are gearing up to write some SMART Learning Goals for this Semester. They have been working on listening and speaking during Cross Curriculum, English and Maths. We have been discussing the meaning behind Harmony Day and the idea of sameness vs diversity. Gr 5/ 6 have enjoyed working on Number and Place Value, with some students wanting to know more about changing fractions to decimals. 

Monday was the first session of Inform and Empower the e-Safety program we are engaging with to equip our students to be safer when using their devices. Gr 5 /6  learnt about their digital footprint and how to be Brave, Active, Caring and Kind using digital platforms on www. 

In RE Gr 5/6 are currently exploring how to live as Disciples of Jesus.
