Yrs7-9 MMC Students continue with Reading

Welcome back to term 1, we hope everyone had a restful break. McCarthy Catholic College students began building a culture of reading last year and we look forward to it continuing to grow this year.  All students in Yrs 7-9 should be reading 4 times a week for 20 minutes.  All 7-8 classes have now had a visit to the library to select a book. 

Please support your student by encouraging them to develop a reading routine, reading at the same time in the same place. Encourage them to pick a quiet place and put all technology aside. We appreciate your support in building this important element of our learning culture.
