Student Services : Careers 

The Careers office in Student Services have been really busy organising our Term 1 programs and chatting to students about their future. A reminder to book appointments well in advance if you need to chat to Booma. I am often booked out for appointments a week in advance.  Students can book through the Careers channel on their year level communications Team to make an appointment. 

Year 10 Work Experience deadline

Late last year we launched our 2023 Work Experience program.  Year 10 students should now be proactively seeking out a placement for May 15th  – 19th 

In Term One students will be using Connect sessions to work on all the requirements to commence their placement. 

All documentation is due by the end of Term 1.

New Event – Careers Expo 21 March

We have locked in forty exhibitors for our March 21st Careers Expo for Year 10-12 students – it’s amazing to have so many organisation keen to talk to our kids!  Year 10 students will also hear from guest speakers in the morning when they participate in three x 25 minute interactive sessions to learn more about the career journeys of our volunteer speakers.  Students will receive a full list of exhibitors prior to the event. 

Hansen Scholarship University of Melbourne

Applications for the Hansen Scholarship are open now for current Year 12 students.
