SCHOOL HOUSES

Our house system has been continuing to grow each year with the hard work of staff, student house captains and the participation of our students in many extra curricular activities.

This year we can officially announce the names of our 4 houses. All names are from prominent and influential members of our community. They are:

Kirner House - Blue

Cooper House - Green

Alberti House - Red

Hoadley - Yellow

First semester, we had our major swimming and athletics carnivals, these events were the foundation to getting the House points system up and running which saw Alberti at the top of the leaderboard for quite some time and seemed to be the house to beat for most of the year. Some of the most recent key events this semester that have had high reward and participation were the Footy Colours Day, Colour Fun Run, Fifa tournaments & lunch time house soccer matches.  With late competition from the Kirner House the Cooper House managed to take the lead in the fourth term and hold it until the end.  

Our house flags are now on display in the gymnasium and in 2018 we hope to have designated house boards in the canteen. This will make it clearer for students to identify and sign up for house activities.

A big thank you to all involved in running the events and raising money to donate to some important charities. We look forward to a bigger and better 2018!
