New Staff

This week we have welcomed Miss Victoria Wicks to Year 4. Tori joins Rosie for the remainder of the year replacing Mr McEvoy. Tori has settled in well and is very keen to get to know all the children and lead some of the learning.

SchoolTV

We are very excited to introduce School TV to you.

SchoolTV  helps schools to support parents to raise happy and resilient young people. 

The SchoolTV online resource was developed in partnership with psychologist Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, to address key issues relating to youth wellbeing.

Across the country kids are hurting, they are in crisis. It is up to mental health and wellbeing providers as well as parents and community support systems, such as schools, to keep the health and wellbeing of young people in focus. 

Today parents face a multitude of modern day challenges in raising happy, well and resilient young people. Whilst there is a great deal of information available, this can often be confusing and overwhelming for parents looking for guidance.

SchoolTV addresses this as a new online resource designed to empower you as parents with credible and sound information with realistic, practical ongoing support strategies.

As a school we will publish relevant articles at different times, but you can visit the website at any time and look through the abundant resources and articles. It is a fantastic website!

School Fees

School Fee Statements were emailed to families on Monday. Payment is due on 15 November. If you did not receive your statement please contact the office, 6742 1136.

Please do not hesitate to contact Jeni Muller in the office if there is any issue with your school fee payment.

Canteen

There are many excited mums and dads out there knowing the canteen is back up and running. Unfortunately, the canteen is always desperate for extra volunteers to keep the service operational. If you can spare anytime please contact Sue Strachan on the canteen phone, 0459 720 338. Help is especially needed on the following days:

3rd Wednesday of each month

1st Thursday of each month

1st Friday of each month

VACCINATION - There is a requirement for double vaccination by 8 November for staff, contractors and volunteers.  As we know the guidelines are changing regularly so we will keep an eye on this.
