HEPS - OSHC Vacation Care
Hackham East Primary School OSHC is open from 13/12to17/12/2021 and 3/1to 28/1/2022. All Vacation Care fees have CCS approval, (before subsidy) Inhouse $60.00, Incursion $68.00 and Excursion $75.00. Children are provided with sunscreen, hat and afternoon tea. Additionally, please ensure that you read what is required to be sent with your child/children on each particular day. Please also note that on excursion days the children will need to be at the service by the time stated on the program, we will unfortunately be unable to wait for anyone who has not arrived on time. Our hours of operation are 7:00am to 6:00pm, children must be collected on time.

Water Safety Program
Students Reception to Yr 2 will be attending the Water Safety Program at the Noarlunga Leisure Centre from 9/11-12/11.
Students in Years 3-5 will not be participating in the program this year due to spaces being unavailable with the Noarlunga Swimming Centre.
Parents/Carers of students Yr 3-5 who paid earlier in the year for the Water Safety program can see Tracy Rowley, Finance Officer to arrange for the $25.00 reimbursement. You will need to attend in person to sign that you have received the refund.

Children & Family Counselling
Strengthen your relationship, address challenging behaviours and improve family connections. Children and Family Counselling supports the mental health of infants, children and their families. Suitable for families with infants and children up to 12 years old. This service will provide counselling and mental health support for your children and you. Other family members can be involved if needed.

School Banking
A reminder that School Banking with The Commonwealth Bank is each Thursday. Students can drop off their Youthsaver deposit book and money with Tracy Rowley, Finance Manager in the Front Office to be processed. If you are interested in opening an account for your child/children please apply on line at www.commbank.com.au/banking/school-banking.
School Card 2021
A reminder that all types of School Card applications are available online. The closing date is fast approaching, Friday 19/11. No applications can be received after this date so act now and apply online.
