Strategies to Help with Feeling Anxious or Worried
This has been (and still is) a crazy time for everyone. It has been a time where many of us have felt anxious in our daily lives. Sometimes it can make it easier if you know where to get help, ideas, strategies, and support. We all need that. If we combine the Covid pandemic with family and friendship issues, and returning to school It can be difficult to find some sort of ‘normal’ to be ok with. No wonder it does not always seem easy.
All of the members of the Kurunjang Student Support Services Team and your Year Level Coordinator are here to support anyone and everyone, and so are other staff at school. Reach out to staff and we will do whatever we can to make sure you have some options and ideas that might help.
Coming to school will help us all to reconnect, re-energise ourselves and just feel better. Below are some resources that might be useful! Check them out!
