Indonesia Independence Day state-wide poster competition

Year 7 and 8 students learnt about the endangered animals of Indonesia and how Indonesians celebrate Indonesia day. As part of their learning, they also participated in the state-wide Indonesian Independence Day Poster Competition, organised by VILTA, DET and the Australian Indonesian Embassy. Students researched and designed their own posters based on the theme of Indonesian native animals and they talked about their poster. Students were creative in their designs, as below. We are also pleased to inform that Andriana Szabo from year 7 secured third place for the state and received an amazing prize! Bagus sekali!
