Term three has been a successful one, with Healesville High School entering teams in both basketball and table tennis in the inter-school sports competitions.

We managed to field three basketball teams from Year 9 and 10, consisting of two girls and one boy's teams. All were well behaved and enjoyed themselves. 

We were also excited to send one team of Year 8 girls basketball and three teams of Year 8 table tennis out earlier in the term.

One of our Year 8 boys team consisting of Ashton Crossman, Denzel parsons, Jack Kershaw and Matthew Winsall-Holland were victorious on the day. The final was so close, the convenor had to count back on previous points won, after the number of sets and games won were even. Well done boys.  The Year 8 girls table tennis team came 2nd in their comp, too. 

Unfortunately, the Year 8 girls were unable to win on the basketball courts, but all enjoyed themselves and tried their best.

Thanks to all the students for signing up to play inter-school sport, hopefully you're all enjoying the opportunity to play and add value to your high school experiences.
