In this edition of five questions, we have taken the opportunity to get to know a little bit more about three of our newest staff members. Welcome Mr Darlison, Ms Penrose and Ms Chungath!

The questions:

1. If you weren’t working in a school, what would be your ideal job?
2. What activities does a perfect Saturday contain?
3. Camping or a five star hotel?
4. What is your favourite holiday destination?
5. What is your favourite thing to cook or eat?

Paul Darlison

1. A designer of the fine wooden objects
2. Begins with some kind of gardening activity, continues with a hike or a run, and closes with friends over for good food and wine
3. Camping is my five star hotel!
4. Flinders Ranges
5. Anything roasted- roast lamb braised in garlic and rosemary served with crisp spuds is hard to beat!

Yasmin Penrose

1. I originally trained as an archaeologist, so if I wasn’t teaching I’d be on a dig site in Europe or South America somewhere
2. Going to the zoo or museum with my daughter and husband, then finding a new place to try for lunch or dinner
3. Five start hotel
4. Florence, Italy
5. I like to experiment with different styles of cooking, and for the last few years have enjoyed learning how to cook American style BBQ

Elizabeth Chungath

1. I would be starting my own boutique as I love making dresses for girls
2. A bit of cleaning up and relaxing on the couch
3. Definitely camping at Lakes Entrance
4. Anywhere tropical enjoying a bit of sunshine
5. I like to try different cuisines, but my favourite is Mexican
