Learning in J21

Junior School J21 Warn is sharing the learning taking place in their class…

J21 has had a busy start to Term 3! 

In Reading, we have been exploring fiction and non-fiction text genres and have been making inferences and determining key facts and details. 

In Writing, we have published our persuasive pieces.  How well do you think the students in J21 have convinced you that they should be allowed to adopt a pet?  We look forward to having everyone visit our Open Afternoon where these will be on display. 

In Math’s, our big focus has been on multiplication and division.  We have explored these operations together through making groups, using repeated addition and subtraction and arrays.  We are creating fact families to highlight our understanding of the connection between the two operations.
