Junior School- Term One Reports

The Term One Reports were published electronically to Astra Friday 13th March. Parents were notified via Astra News.

Year 10 to Year 12 Reports – Continuous Reporting on Astra

In Term One Feedback and Results will be published electronically by teachers on Astra, when they are available, this includes Effort and Dedication. Parents will receive a push notification each time an assessment grade is published on Astra.

Senior School - Year 7 to Year 9 Term One Reports

In Term One the following subjects have teacher Feedback and Results published electronically by on Astra when they are available, this includes Effort and Dedication: Year 7 to Year 9 Mathematics, Year 7 – Drama and Maths, Year 8 – Technology, Drama and Maths, Year 9 Drama, Maths, Sociology, Sports Excellence Programme, Design and Technology – Electronics, Design and Technology - Wood and Plastics. For these subjects the Interim Report will show a statement of results, for the commentary feedback please refer to Astra Grades.
The Term One Interim Reports will be published electronically to Astra by the end of the term. This will only be the major subjects, defined as those with four or more periods per fortnight. Parents will be notified when they are available via Astra News.
Round 2 Effort and Dedication results are now available on Astra.

Accessing Reports via Astra – “Academic Reports” Astra button

You can access your child’s Report via Astra - https://astra.girton.vic.edu.au. The “Academic Reports” button is located under your child’s photo, to the right of their Timetable button. Select this and you will see all the Girton Academic Reports. Only Girton Grammar Academic Reports are available via this Astra Icon, if you want other reports e.g. NAPLAN you need to select “Documents” on your opening page, then click on your child’s name to the right of screen, and the other reports will be under the subheading of “Government Reports”.

You can also see your child’s Timetable, Calendar, Due Work and lots more by selecting your child’s name on the left-hand side of the home page. To return to the Astra home page click the Astra logo on the top left.

Email and Mailing Contact Details

An email is sent to parents from the Reports Administrators, notifying them when reports are available on Astra. Please contact Reception if you need to update your current email or mailing address.
