Sandhurst Senior Volleyball

The Senior Boys Volleyball team participated in the Sandhurst Divisional competition on Wednesday the 4th of March.  The competition was played in great spirit by all teams and was one of the more closely fought out contests in recent years.

Girton def. CMC (20 – 8, 20 – 17)

BSSC def. CMC (20 – 18, 21 – 19)

Girton def. BSSC (20 – 17, 20 – 8)

Congratulations to the Senior Boys Volleyball team for progressing through to the Loddon Mallee Regional Finals in Mildura on the 4th of May. Thank you to Mr Sahashi and Mrs Bothe for coaching and supporting the team.

Sandhurst Intermediate Volleyball

Students enjoyed a day playing Volleyball at the Sandhurst Divisional Intermediate competition on Wednesday the 11th of March.  Both the male and female teams competed against 8 other teams at the Bendigo Stadium and enjoyed the day immensely. The girls teams finished the competition in 3rd place whilst the Boys team finished 5th. Thank you to Mr James and Tafara Mhinduwa 12 Frew for coaching and supporting the teams on the day
