Fall Fundraiser

Hi all,

We’re kicking off our first fundraiser for the year Monday October 21st. Advisors, I’ve dropped off the envelopes to your classroom on your desks or next to your Doc Cams (Sorry I sent this to the entire staff, I don’t have a list of advisors on me). I wasn’t able to access some classrooms, so I’ll either drop them off on Monday before advisory or if you can pick them up from my classroom that would work out too. Attached is a PowerPoint to present to your advisory students on Monday. I recommend looking at it before so you know what students need to do.

What do you have to do?

Show PowerPoint on Monday (7th grade advisors, please show this when you return from your field trip.)
Distribute Envelopes to students on Monday (if you need more, tell students to see me, I have extras)
On Friday November 1st, collect all envelopes from students
Place rubber band around the envelopes and they will be picked up by Mike or Rocio

That’s it! No need to count money, worry about order forms, or see if the money and items match. Simply collect on Friday November 1st. We’ll be sending out reminders about what needs to be done periodically. This is our first time working with this company, and my first time working on fundraising, so if there are any mistakes, which there might be, please let me know so I can correct anything.
