Jewish Museum
Recently each of the Year 8 Homerooms visited the Jewish Museum of Australia in St. Kilda to support their Religious Education studies. The excursion proved to be an insightful educational resource for the students as it further broadened and deepened their understanding about Jesus within the context of the Jewish world.
Cross Country
On Friday, 28th July the Year 8 House Cross-Country was held on Mentone foreshore. Congratulations to Zac Holden (8.1 – Benilde) who came in first and is the Year 8 Cross-Country Champion - 2017. Additional congratulations to Jake Kovacs (8.8 – La Salle) in second place and Harry Bolton (8.2 - Benilde) in third place.
Term 3 ACC teams are well in to their competitions. All three teams – ACC Basketball, ACC Hockey and ACC Table Tennis have consistently achieved excellent scores against their competitors. The finals will be played on the 14th September. We wish all players the best as they approach the end of their season.
