End of Term 1 - TOMORROW!

Date: Friday, March 31

Prep to Year 6 Finish Time: 1.15pm 

Year 7 to 12 Finish Time: 1.30pm

Bus departure: 1.40pm

If you are not intending to use the bus on the last day of Term 1, please ensure you advise the school in advance. There will also be no lunch orders on this day.

Term 1 Holidays

Students will return to school on Wednesday, 19th April. We will begin the term with the Week 2 timetable. The School wishes everyone a lovely and safe Easter break.

Second Hand Uniform Sale

The PFA are running a second hand uniform sale at the beginning of next term. We welcome any of the current uniform in good condition for sale.

Uniform drop off times will be Thursday, 27 April from 8.30am until 9.15am and 3.00pm until 3.45pm  in the BHCS Restaurant.

Please attach an envelope (with a safety pin) to each individual item. This envelope must have your name, phone number and amount the item is to be sold for written on the front.

You will also need to complete the Second Hand Uniform Sale Form (attached) and bring this along when you drop off any items for sale. 

Second Hand Uniform Sale Day will be Friday, 28 April from 8.30am until 9.15pm in the BHCS Restaurant. Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis and are strictly cash only.

The theme for iTzAAAfest was announced this week in homerooms!

Parent Skills Needed

SOAR Holiday Program – Two Days of Tricky Technology, Mental Maths and Stupefying Science

Are you and your child looking for a challenge these school holidays? Interested in robotics, chemistry or forensic science? Then the SOAR Holiday Program might be just what you are looking for.

With topics such as Robotics, Minute To Win It, Rocket Launch and CSI Maths Adventure, the Term 1 SOAR Holiday Program will bring together teachers from several Christian Schools and like-minded students to solve puzzles and challenges in the fields of Maths, Science and Technology. Held at Chairo Pakenham, these workshops have been designed to cater for extension activities to inspire students to think creatively and to develop skills and attitudes that will help them to reach their God-given potential. This program will provide participants with the opportunity to soar! 

Wednesday. 5th April will cater for students in Years 3-6 and Thursday, 6th April will offer workshops for students in Year 7-9.

Attached are the letters explaining the subjects offered and how to book a place. We suggest booking early to avoid disappointment as places are limited.
