The Arrowsmith Program

WAYNE STAGG

Head of the Arrowsmith Program

The Oakleigh Grammar Arrowsmith Program moved to online learning as part of the School’s response to the Covid19 Pandemic on the 23rd of March, 2020. Students are prepared with Motor Symbol Sequencing exercises and access to the computer- based activities that make up the Arrowsmith program. Teachers will be able to track student progress through the Arrowsmith Samsung Tablets and via e-mail. Staff look forward to monitoring student progress during this alternate learning arrangement.

Kurt Tsalmandris, Cooper Metzke and Millie Cripps have all appeared on YouTube telling their stories about their Arrowsmith journey. The filming of the students was completed by Barbara Arrowsmith-Young on her recent visit to Oakleigh Grammar. Congratulations to these students on their presentations.

We say farewell to Millie Cripps, Year 8, who is leaving the program at the end of this term. Millie has made incredible progress in only a year, and we wish her well as she moves into mainstream at Mentone Girls Grammar.

To all Arrowsmith families, thank you for your support during this term. The Arrowsmith staff wish all families a safe, healthy and happy break.
