Level Newsletters Term 4
Please find all Term 4 level newsletters previously shared with you via Dojo. You can also find the newsletters on our Website under 'news'. Thank you to our teaching teams for being so well organised and writing these for our families. Our newsletters are our overviews for learning for the term and a good way for you to be informed about what's happening in your children's learning spaces each week.
Focus on Level 1/2
This term the 1/2 students are exploring our multi faith community. We are trying to answer our big question: “How do we celebrate with each other?”
We are currently discovering different ways we pray in our families. For instance, Samanyu shared his alter and talked about the Gods that are important in his religion and how they help his family and our world. Jayden T shared his families tribute to Buddha and Jordan L shared his families symbols of faith. Michael has shared his experiences of his Catholic Church and how his brothers have been alter servers and their responsibilities.
We have also discussed how different people celebrate different occasions. Some people don’t celebrate Christmas or birthdays, while some families enjoy Lunar New Year and its traditions and others celebrate New Years Eve.
