What do we do?

•We are here to help you! This is an opportunity for you to speak confidentially and to say what’s on your mind.

•Our aim is to listen and to help you use your strengths to overcome challenges you might be facing.

How does it all work?

If you think you would like to meet with one of us to have a chat there are lots of ways you can make that happen:

•1:  Drop into the wellbeing centre and we can book you in for an appointment

•2:  Send us an email asking for an appointment

•3:  Talk to your year level leader or a trusted teacher and they can get in touch with us

What might you need help with?

We work with you to offer support across loads of different things! Some might include:

•Education on understanding self and others

•Goal Setting and decision making

•Peer relationships, coping strategies and effective social skills

•Communication, problem solving and conflict resolution

•Individual/family/school crisis intervention

•Consultation/collaboration with teachers

Where are we?

We live in the “Wellbeing Centre” which is located on the ground floor near the main office

Sometimes you might not want to talk, but you just need some space. The wellbeing centre can be that place for you…..somewhere you can visit when you need some space to regroup.
