Auslan Signage

From Kristen, Year 1 Teacher

Upon returning to on-site learning, you will start to notice an increase in Auslan signs displayed throughout our school. These displays are there to support our hearing cohort to communicate with the Deaf members of our school and North Melbourne community. 

We want the Deaf community to always feel welcome within our school, so these displays also tie in beautifully with our school value of inclusion.

We hope to see students, staff, and school families utilising these signs when engaging with each other.
