The end of the school year is almost upon us and I would encourage all students to continue with their reading during their holiday time. There is no limit on the number of books and magazines that may be borrowed from the Resource Centre and I encourage all students to take the opportunity to select some great magazines and books to enjoy during the holiday break.
I would like to remind all students and staff that audio and print books are also accessible for download through the ACEN digital database which is visually illustrated below.

These steps will provide access and borrowing rights to the e-Book collection of fiction and non-fiction material including audiobooks and magazines. Items will automatically return at the end of the borrowing period and items may also be reserved and returned before that expiry time.
The Oliver Library Management System database to access resources in the Kildare College collection is available through the landing page of student and staff devices.
All students are encouraged to check their emails for reminders to return overdue library books and textbooks. Those who do have overdue items will receive another reminder notice this week to return their books to the Resource Centre before the last day of Term for students, Friday 11th December.
Students are continuing to enjoy playing card games and creating with LEGO as well as reading during recess and lunch.
