Permission note processes

All notes need to be processed through our classroom note trays in the mornings.  Please pop your child's notes into their bags so that they can add them to the note tray as part of the morning class routine.  This way we avoid misplacing or losing sheets of paper.

Compass

If you are having trouble logging in to Compass please update the app.  If this does not work, contact the office and we will try to help you with the process.

Swap Shop

We are running low on stocks and as you know we love to be able to offer our families uniform items to assist with the costs associated with being at school.  Girls summer and winter uniforms in particular will be very much appreciated.  Thank you for the uniforms donated last week.  Our new students were thrilled to receive them.

School Attendance

As a school we are focused on improving the learning of each student and one barrier we face is student attendance. I cannot stress enough the importance of your children attending school every day unless they are sick.  Due to COVID some students have missed more school than usual but there are still some students who regularly miss days and this is concerning. I would like to remind parents it is their responsibility to ensure that their children attend school regularly; explain to the school any absence within 7 days and take measures to resolve any attendance issues. Class teachers will contact families if a student is away from school for more than three consecutive days without prior notification. If poor attendance persists an interview will be arranged with the parent, class teacher & Principal to discuss ways to improve attendance.  Holidays should not be taken during the school term unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Extended leave, of 10 or more days, must be approved by the Principal and forms need to be completed and kept on the student file. For further information please read the attached Policy from the Catholic Schools Office.

Finance News

Apologies, but due to technical issues, the school fee accounts only went home last week with your child.  If you did not receive your account please let Tracey or the office know.   Emails were not able to be sent through the accounting system, but our wonderful CSO IT department have today fixed the problem.

School Fee Payments can be made with the Qkr app, CentrePay, direct credit to the school's bank account or direct debit through ADIG.  If you wish to set up a ADIG direct debit please see Tracey Klitsch (on a Tuesday or Thursday).  When accessing Qkr, payment can be made under one child's name (school fees only) and when paying direct into the school's bank account please use your account no. (located under the date on the statement) and your surname (or first four letters if insufficient space).  Regular payments are appreciated and can be made at any time, and a big thank you to those who already do pay regularly and on time.
